Steamed Fish with Multigrain Sauce
Make your holiday extra special with this steamed fish with multigrain sauce. A healthy and yummy dish that you can make for your family.
Ingredients: Garnish:
- 2 sachets Yam & Multigrain Cereal 1 pc. red pepper 1 pc. tomato
- 1pc. medium size tilapia 1 pc. cucumber 1 pc. eggplant
1 pc. carrot 2 gloves garlic
Stuffing:
- 1 thumb size ginger
- 1 stalk of onion leeks
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 tbsp. oil
- 1 tsp salt
Directions:
- Clean tilapia with cold water and pat dry with paper towel.
- Season fish with salt and pepper brush with oil. Wrap the fish, ginger, and onion leeks together in foil.
- Put the fish in the pan and steam for 10-20 minutes or until cooked.
- Prepare the garnish; Cut cucumber and tomatoes. In another pan, sauté the red pepper, garlic, carrots and eggplant.
- For the sauce: Dissolve two(2) sachets of Greenmax Yam & Multigrain Cereal in 1 cup of water. Let it simmer for 1-2 minutes.
- Carefully remove the cooked fish in foil and put fish on a plate. Add the garnish to the side.
- Pour the Greenmax Yam & Multigrain Cereal Sauce on top.
