Black Sesame Milk Oatmeal Palitaw

You can now enjoy this classic snack at your home this weekend! Try our version of Palitaw using our Greenmax Black Sesame Milk Oatmeal. This recipe will give your palitaw great texture and better flavor versus the ordinary recipe.

 

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of glutinous rice flour
  • 1/2 cup of granulated sugar
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1/2 cup sesame seeds roasted
  • 1 cup grated coconut
  • 2 sachets Greenmax Black Sesame Milk Oatmeal

 

 

Directions:

  1. Combine Glutinous rice flour, Greenmax Black Sesame Milk Oatmeal and water. Mix until dough is formed.
  2. Scoop about 2 tbsp. of dough then mold it into a ball.
  3. Flatten the dough using your palm.
  4. Boil water in a cooking pot then put-in the flatten dough.
  5. When the flatten dough starts to float, remove them from the pot and set it aside, allowing the water to drip.
  6. Combine sugar and roasted sesame seeds then mix well.
  7. Roll the rice cake in grated coconut then in the sugar-sesame seed mixture.
