Ease the summer heat with this Banana Dates Smoothie with Greenmax Black Sesame Milk Oatmeal. Dates and Banana goes well with milky taste and nutty texture of Greenmax!


Ingredients:

  • 1 sachet of Greenmax Black Sesame Milk Oatmeal
  • 10 pcs. Dates (seedless)
  • 4 pcs. Banana (chopped)
  • 1 cup fresh milk
  • 1/2 cup of water
  • Ice Cubes

 

Procedure:

  1. Put 10 pcs. of dates in the blender.
  2. Add banan and 1 cup of fresh milk.
  3. In a bowl, mix 1 sachet of Greenmax Black Sesame Milk Oatmeal, 1,2 cup of water, Put in the blender and blend until well mixed.
  4. Ready to serve. Enjoy!
